Yes, we provide free nationwide shipping across Japan for all orders.
Why might my order be shipped in multiple packages?
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses (either within Japan or from overseas) to ensure the fastest delivery.
In addition, if an item is temporarily out of stock or in high demand, we may use different shipping methods (Japan Post, Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or international couriers such as DHL/UPS/FedEx) to deliver your order in separate batches and avoid delays.
When will I receive my order?
Our products are shipped directly from warehouses in Japan or overseas. Estimated delivery times are:
- Within Japan: 1–3 business days
- From overseas warehouses: 7–14 business days
Please note these are estimated times. Actual delivery may vary depending on peak seasons or customs inspections.
What happens if my order is delayed or lost during shipping?
All orders are covered by shipping insurance. If your order is held, returned, or lost during transit, we sincerely apologize. While shipping issues are beyond our control, insured packages will be re-shipped after verification, with faster shipping and full tracking whenever possible. Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
- Orders within Japan: Consumption tax is already included in the product price, so no additional fees are required.
- Orders shipped from overseas warehouses: Import duties or additional charges may apply. These are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or cover these costs. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
